Yoga you will be led through progressive Hatha Yoga with modifications for all. It will challenge & increase your strength & flexibility, while focusing on relaxation & mindfulness.
Important: In order to participate, we need a recent Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire on file. If you have not done so, please complete the 4 minute questionaire as soon as you can!
