Get ready to crush your fitness goals with our Women's Strength course! This fun and empowering programme will teach you everything you need to know to build your own workouts and train confidently in the gym, even after the course is over. We welcome all fitness levels and abilities, so everyone can join in and feel strong! This course is exclusively for students living in QUB accommodation.
This course runs for 6 weeks every Tuesday.

This course will take place in the Gym at BT1 Accommodation
Please wear comfortable & breathable clothing.
Important: In order to participate, we need a recent Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire on file. If you have not previously completed a PARQ with Active campus, please complete the 2 minute PARQ Form as soon as you can!
