Welcome to Treehouse Yoga,

An introduction to the content that you would be led through during a progressive Yoga course with modifications for all. It will challenge & increase your strength & flexibility, while focusing on relaxation & mindfulness.

We cater for all levels & abilities in this course.

Whether you are looking for something different or you're a seasoned pro, this taster session is for you.

This class will take place in The Treehouse in Elms Village BT9

Please wear comfortable & breathable clothing. Mats will be provided.

Important: In order to participate, we need a recent Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire on file. If you have not previously completed a PARQ with Active campus, please complete the 2 minute Par-Q Active Campus Autumn and Winter Academic Year 2026/27 – Fill out form as soon as you can!
