Our Strength for All course is the perfect way to kickstart your fitness journey! You'll not only work towards your fitness goals but also learn how to design your own workouts, giving you the skills to train independently and confidently in the gym long after the course ends. We welcome all levels and abilities, so everyone can find their strength.This course is exclusively for students living in QUB Accommodation.
This course runs for 5 weeks every Tuesday.

This course will take place in the Gym at BT1 Accommodation
Please wear comfortable & breathable clothing.
Important: In order to participate, we need a recent Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire on file. If you have not previously completed a PARQ with Active campus, please complete the 2 minute PARQ Form as soon as you can!
