IMPORTANT: If you have lost or broken your student card, you may purchase a replacement card. Please ensure you have hotlisted your card via QOL, and you may first wish to check if the card has been handed in to One Elmwood Student Centre.The replacement card must be collected from the Student Information Point at One Elmwood, in person, by the owner of the card.


Lost your card?

  • Disable the card. [go to QOL -> “My Smart Card” application-> select the option to Hotlist A Card]
  • Report the lost card to the Student Information Point (Level 1) in the One Elmwood Student Centre to see if it has been handed in.

Found a card?

  • Please return it to the Student Information Point (Level 1) of the One Elmwood Student Centre.
