We have held a limited number of single En-suite rooms at the Queen’s University Elms Village BT9 student accommodation site located approx. 20 mins walk or 5-minute drive/cycle from QBS. Each room is equipped with bedlinen, towels and toiletry pack. Priced at £62/night (room only) these rooms are on a first come, first served basis. Rooms have been set aside on the following dates:

• Monday 16 June to facilitate those attending the Doctoral Colloquium on Tuesday 17 June - 20 rooms
• Tuesday 17 June to facilitate those intending to stay the night before the conference - 40 rooms
• Wednesday 18 June to facilitate those intending to arrive on the first day of the conference - 40 rooms

If you’d like to stay in our student accommodation, please indicate your interest below making sure you select the correct number of nights you intend to stay and inputting your intended check-in and check-out dates. You will be notified if you have been successfully allocated a room and sent a link for payment.
