One-day workshop on Saturday 17 May, 10.00 am to 4.00 pm

2025 is the 240th anniversary of the birth of Jacob Grimm, one half of the Grimm Brothers. We loved these stories as children and many of us still offer them to our children and grandchildren. Some are romantic; some horrifying, but why are we attracted to them and what do these stories actually mean? Many psychological explanations are offered, for example, around the fears and fantasies of our subconscious. You will have a chance to offer your own. There will be a chance also to learn more about the Brothers Grimm. All will be revealed in this one-day course.

This class will take place on QUB campus
