5 weekly sessions on Saturdays 12.00 noon to 2.00pm starting 10 May
A series of Spring photography workshops for those keen to experience outdoor locations, plus sessions on lighting techniques for both interior and exterior uses. We will look at how to use both natural and artificial light to our best advantage. Suitable for digital camera users with manual options, or film camera systems, the sessions offer a way to further increase your understanding of techniques both for indoors and outdoors, in a relaxed and supportive group environment. Two will be outdoor ones including city, parks or an event, a third will be an indoor session that will look at lighting for either portraits, objects or products. With portraits, our aim will be to create a profile, work or ‘headshot’ style of image, using natural or supplementary lighting. Two sessions will be kept for looking at our images in a relaxed & supportive group environment. Suitable for those wanting further manual camera experience, and those seeking to try studio flash.
This class will take place on QUB campus
