World Mental Health Day Pilates Class

Take 30 minutes out of your day to pause, breathe, and move with purpose at our World Mental Health Day Pilates Class.
Open to all staff and students, this gentle session focuses on mindful movement, posture, and relaxation — the perfect way to reduce stress and reset both mind and body.

Whether you’re completely new to Pilates or already a fan, this class is designed to leave you feeling calmer, stronger, and refreshed.

Facilities at the PEC include changing rooms with showers and lockers. To use a locker, you’ll need a £1 coin, which will be returned when you re-open your locker.

For hydration, you will find vending machines offering bottled water and also from our inhouse cafe Clements. There are also water fountains near Degree's Fitness where you can refill your sports bottle.

First Aid services are available within the PEC.

Important: In order to participate, we need a recent Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire on file. If you have not previously completed a PARQ with Active campus, please complete the 2 minute PARQ Form as soon as you can!
