International GAA

This is a 6 week programme aimed at International QUB Students to introduce them to Gaelic Athletic Association (GAA) Football. Through this programme participants will learn the rules and basic skills of the GAA Football. At the end of this programme there will be a friendly game against another University International GAA team. Throughout this programme there will also be an introduction to Irish culture through Sport.

Facilities at the PEC include changing rooms with showers and lockers. To use a locker, you’ll need a £1 coin, which will be returned when you re-open your locker.
For hydration, you will find vending machines offering bottled water and also from our inhouse cafe Clements. There are also water fountains near Degree's Fitness where you can refill your sports bottle.
First Aid services are available within the PEC.
Important: In order to participate, we need a recent Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire on file. If you have not previously completed a PARQ with Active campus, please complete the 2 minute PARQ Form as soon as you can!
