In the course you will be led through progressive Yoga with modifications for all. It will challenge & increase your strength & flexibility, while focusing on relaxation & mindfulness.
We cater for all levels & abilities in course.
This course runs for 3 sessions every Wednesday:

This Course take place in The Treehouse in Elms Village BT9
The course is only open for Queen's Accommodation students.
Please wear comfortable & breathable clothing. Mats will be provided.
Important: In order to participate, we need a recent Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire on file. If you have not previously completed a PARQ with Active campus, please complete the 2 minute PARQ Form as soon as you can!
