Belfast will host Fleadh Cheoil na h'Eireann or the All-Ireland Fleadh, the world's biggest celebration of Irish music, song and dance, from Sunday 2 August 2026 to Sunday 9 August 2026.

Our single occupancy rooms are priced at £90 per night and there is a minimum stay of 2 nights.

• Flexible Stays: Book from just 2 nights
• All Essentials Included: Bed linen, towels, and Wi-Fi provided.
• Age Restrictions: We are unable to accept guests under the age of 12. Under 18 must be accompanied by an adult

City Centre (BT1/2) Key information:

• Prime Location: Stay at Elms BT1 or Elms BT2, within minutes from Fleadh venues and Belfast’s main attractions and local restaurants
• Self-Catering Facilities: Enjoy full access to shared kitchens to prepare your own meals
• Group-Friendly Rooms: A range of different 4-6 bedroom apartments. If you wish to book a full apartment, please note this in the additional notes section along with names of guests. Based on the number of rooms book is the apartment size you will be placed in.
• Age Restrictions: We are unable to accept guests under the age of 12. Under 18 must be accompanied by an adult
• Secure & Comfortable: Ensuite single bedrooms with 24/7 support and on-site security
