Ballet Barre is principally a combination of Pilates, dance, yoga and functional muscle training. You wont need any previous dance experience to take part. Ballet Barre is fun, active and intense, providing intense mind and body exercises.

Think brain training combined with body training. Want to feel a muscle you never knew you had? Ballet Barre is sure to do that. Want to centre your mind, whilst feeling a deep-muscle burn without negative impact on your joints? Ballet Barre will do that.

If you enjoy the session & want more, you can sign up to our next 6 week term of Ballet Barre.
