One-day workshop on Saturday 6 March, 10.00 am to 4.00 pm
From the Season of "mellow fruitfulness" to strawberries in summer, this one-day course takes us on a journey through all the changing seasons, as portrayed in the poetry of some of the most famous poets, as well as the lesser-known. It invites students to attain a deeper reading of the text and to both analyse and synthesise as to meaning. It will also teach the main poetry techniques and students will discuss together all the poems selected.
