10 weekly sessions on Tuesdays, 7.00 pm to 8.00 pm, starting 19 January
The eighth NI Assembly election will be held in May 2027. We will explore how our elections work, who the major parties are and the potential outcomes.
We will explore the reasons for some of Northern Ireland's unique governing rules and demonstrate how they work in practice. The module will cover how to read opinion polls, how the Single Transferable Vote (STV) works and the rules surrounding the selection of our First & Deputy First Ministers.
This class will take place on QUB campus
