Autumn 2026

10 weekly sessions on Fridays starting 2 October, (2 October and 13 November are classroom-based from 7.00 pm to 9.00 pm, and the remaining 8 weeks are field trips and run between 10.00 am and 12.00 noon).

A timetable will be distributed on the first evening.

Summer is over, visiting summer birds are moving back to warmer countries, Northern Wildfowl and Waders will be getting ready to fly thousands of miles to our beautiful country for the winter. We will be on field trips around some of our local loughs, and coastal sites to see these birds. Own transport is essential, warm clothing, walking boots and, if possible, binoculars. A timetable will be distributed on the first evening.
