New Year 2026

One-day workshop on Saturday14 March, 10.00 am to 4.00 pm

Manifesting is the practice of bringing your desires, goals, or intentions into reality by focusing your thoughts, beliefs, and actions on them. This one-day course examines the interplay between psychology, neuroscience and belief systems to evaluate the practical use of manifesting and the differences it can make to your own life. We discuss the key principles of manifesting and the research behind them to help you decide if this is a skill to develop and hone which is backed by science or another form of wishful thinking with limited use.

This class will take place on QUB campus
