“If only the best birds sang the woods would be silent” Pablo Picasso famously once said “Every child is an artist. The problem is how to remain an artist once he grows up." In this course we will begin a gentle process of reclaiming the singer, the dancer, the actor, the dreamer within us, stirring our imagination and finding new, playful and joy filled ways to be in the world. Each week we will try out different creative skills and notice where they might allow us to expand our possibilities for expression and fun in daily life within a supportive, encouraging and compassionate environment.

This class will take place on QUB campus
