10 weekly sessions on Thursdays 11.00 am to 1.00 pm, starting 22 January

In this course we will look at examples of ekphrasis, traditionally writing inspired by visual art, and we will visit galleries and write from work there. We hope also in this term to extend the work to include ekphrasis from film or theatre so students should be prepared for at least one cinema or theatre trip.

This class will take place on QUB campus and other venues
