10 weekly sessions on Mondays 6.00 pm to 7.00 pm, starting 22 September

Daoyin are ancient Oriental healing exercises. By using a variety of techniques and methods to open up the body’s energy pathways Daoyin seeks to lead the body/mind to self-healing and health. In these classes we will use stretching, movement, self-Shiatsu, tapping and meditation to encourage greater flow and relaxation thereby creating a feeling of health and well-being. Please bring a mat or blanket for working on the floor. If you have a health issue which you feel might prevent you from doing the classes please do contact the tutor via email- [email protected]

This class will take place on QUB campus
