Debrief Session Overview
Groups of 4–5 delegates will rotate through four simulated scenarios, focusing on the development and practice of debriefing skills. Each scenario is provided in advance for reference.
The emphasis of this session is debriefing practice, not clinical performance. Participants within each group will take on the role of students during the simulations. Scenarios do not need to be completed “correctly” — in fact, unexpected outcomes and challenges are actively encouraged, as they create rich opportunities for effective debriefing and reflective discussion.
This session provides a supportive, low-stakes environment to build confidence and competence in debriefing practice.
