If you have any queries regarding a trip you have booked or if you want to obtain a refund, please forward your email receipt from Flywire which contains a transaction number to [email protected] within 48 hours of the trip.
Our safeguarding policy requires that all children must be always accompanied and supervised by their adult. Additionally, if you are under the age of 18, please let a member of staff know.
Furthermore, if you have any allergies, medical conditions, or require reasonable adjustments, please let a member of our staff know.
